Order Processing Times:

  • Peak Times/Holidays: Processing may extend up to 7 business days.
  • Dispatch Definition: An order is considered dispatched once it is handed off to our shipping carrier and is en route to your address.

Estimated Shipping Times:

The delivery time for your package begins after it has been dispatched to the carrier. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Below are the estimated delivery times by country:

🌍 United States: 5-10 business days

🌍 Canada: 7-14 business days 

🌍 United Kingdom: 7-14 business days 

🌍 Australia: 10-20 business days 

🌍 Rest of the World: 15-30 business days 

Please note that during peak periods and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays that are beyond our control. International shipments may also face unexpected customs delays, which can extend the delivery timeframe.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details:

  • Customer Responsibility: Ensure shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delays or order cancellation.
  • Address Verification: If there are issues with your shipping details, our customer support team will email you within 3 business days. If we do not receive a response within this period, we may cancel your order.
  • Correction Requests: If you spot an error in your shipping details, email us at contactcelincs@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will make every effort to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee modifications after this period.

Delayed Delivery:

We strive to process and ship all orders promptly. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as severe weather or transportation disruptions. We will collaborate with our couriers to resolve any issues and keep you updated on the status of your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Once a package is with our courier partners, it is beyond our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at contactcelincs@gmail.com. We advise filing a claim directly with the courier company, which typically has a process for lost or stolen packages. We will follow up with the courier and provide updates as needed.

Note: Celincs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are handed to the courier. This falls outside our refund policy. However, we will assist you in resolving the issue and may offer a replacement based on the situation. If the package is not located, filing a police report may be necessary.
